On August 22, 2024, BioLogos announced that Dr. Deb Haarsma will be stepping down as President at the end of this year after 12 years of dedicated service. During her tenure, Deb has been instrumental in guiding BioLogos through a period of growth and influence, helping to shape the organization into the trusted resource it is today—a beacon for Christians navigating the intersection of science and faith.
As we celebrate Deb’s legacy, we are excited to share that the formal search process for the next President of BioLogos is officially underway! The search is being led by our Presidential Search Committee in collaboration with Greystone Global LLC, a firm with extensive experience in executive leadership searches.
Now in its 15th year, BioLogos continues to be a dynamic conduit for rigorous science, Christ-centered faith, and gracious dialogue. BioLogos works to gather, connect, and inspire Christians to ask important questions, engage in meaningful discussions, and learn from top Christian thinkers in the fields of science and theology.
We are seeking a visionary leader who is deeply committed to Christ and embodies the spirit of scientific curiosity.
The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience in leadership, who is passionate about fostering gracious engagement around the often complex, but exciting intersection of science and faith. This leader will guide BioLogos into its next chapter, helping ensure that our mission continues to inspire and equip Christians to embrace both faith and science with confidence.
