Joanna Ng

Joanna Ng is an inventor and a technologist whose work has been informed by and integrated with her Christian faith. A former IBMer, she has 49 patents granted to her name, has attained the accreditation of an IBM Master Inventor, and has served on two IBM patent review boards, providing patent education and mentoring aspiring inventors. In addition, she has published 20+ peer-reviewed academic papers, written two computer science books, and held a seven-year tenure as the Head of Research, Director of Centre for Advanced Studies, IBM Canada. Joanna started Devarim Design for the advancement of AI, focusing on applying AI in augmented intelligence. She also founded KOE, www.koe.community, building a community of discipleship (KOE stands for ‘Kingdom On Earth’) for those God ordained in specific domains of the world.
