Faith Stults
Faith Stults is a science educator with a passion for improving how children and youth understand the relationship between science and faith. Her work at the intersection of science, faith and education has been shaped by her varied experiences as a science-loving kid growing up in Christian schools. After double-majoring in Astronomy and Religion at Whitman College, she worked as the Project Coordinator for the AAAS’s program on the Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Religion. She researched science education at Christian high schools as part of her MA in Curriculum Studies & Teacher Education at Stanford University and then spent seven years teaching high school physics and astronomy at Valley Christian High School in San Jose, CA. She also completed an MS in Astronomy from the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia in her “spare time” while teaching. Faith was Program Manager at BioLogos for three years where she oversaw the Integrate curriculum and provided resources and training for Christian educators of all levels.
